Admitted to the Bar on 30th March 2016. Mr Odinga trained as a pupil at Wasuna & Co. Advocates, later working there as a Consultant Associate on criminal matters. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with wide experience in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, insurance claims, the law of torts, debt recovery, conveyancing, and legal opinion writing. He serves as Head of Legal and Legal Adviser in the Office of the Special Advisor on Economic Empowerment and Sustainable Livelihoods (E.L.E.V.A.T.E Kenya), Executive Office of the President, where he holds the title of Director, Legal Affairs. He is also the Founder and Chairperson of Access Justice Kenya. For nine years, Mr Odinga has led the firm's growth and success.
